The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. "基本食器類や部屋もリノベーション済みで大変綺麗です。Netflixも見れるなど配慮も良いですが、隣に少人数の施設も併設されており、そこの人にうるさいとグループだったので言われた為、敷地内に欲張って建てすぎた結果ではと思いました。駐車場が小さすぎて車4台ギリギリです。それ以外は全て良かったと思います。"

"This hotel is an amazing property and well suited for families that are attending Disney. We wanted to stay here for a different location on this trip to Tokyo, it was fairly easy to get to. The only thing I would like is that the pool stay open longer. It closed at 4:30 and we wanted to eat and relax in the warmth by the pool. "

"It was a great post Disneyland Hotel. Just note the lounge closes at 10pm and there's certain options that close off by then. We stayed till the end at Disney Sea so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as I hoped we would. Views was great. It's a great option to other hotels in the area like toy story if you don't care for happy entry..you can see this hotel form the lounge. "
