"This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( don’t reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). Check in was easy and place is like the photo. It’s a very perfect place to bring dogs and kids. The view is beautiful. We managed to see Mt Fuji. 8/10 Good

"Decent place, felt a little awkward vibe wise at times and the area always felt a little unsafe at night. Room was alright, having to ask to change sheets for longer stays was annoying, realistically that should just be on a rota. Breakfast was included at a very low price according to the booking, but it isn’t actually included and the breakfast options are pricey add-ons."

The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay

10/10 Excellent

"My trip consists of 6 different hotels. I loved this hotel. It was clean, bright, and well themed. Check in was easy, as well as check out. The laundry process was awesome! You could see what machines were available, and what status your own wash was at without leaving your room. Luggage forwarding was conveniently in house. It was especially apparent where our next hotel didn’t have the service aespecially"

"Good spot and base for Disney exploration. Easy access to Disney train within walking distance."

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The property was close to attractions and easily accessible by the Disney resort monorail. My only complaints were lack of coffee service until 7am (unless you want a $35-40 buffet breakfast) and the beds (very firm boarding hard and small)"
