"My stay at the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience memorable, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and consistently kind, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of train stations, making it extremely easy to explore Yokohama and even take quick trips into Tokyo. Whether you’re traveling for leisure or convenience, you really can’t beat the accessibility. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and comfortable, with a level of service that makes you feel genuinely cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."

"It was easy to get to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea from this hotel. There were free shuttle buses that got us directly to Disneyland and a free shuttle that got us to the tram that took us right into Disneysea park. I liked the convenience store and there was a Disney store in the hotel."

"Nice hotel, with easy access to Disneyland/DisneySea plus into Tokyo from Maihama Station. Free bus or ride the monorail (costs) Buffet restaurant was very nice. Outdoor pool which features heavily in images was closed (assumed only opens for the summer season), but inside pool nice enough, even if changing room signage isn't brilliant."
