"Glorious hotel. Lovely cool lobby and helpful staff. Included mini bar was appreciated as were the top quality amenities including Dyson hair dryer and really nice shampoo/body wash. The room was silent and comfortable. The pool area was a refreshing respite from the hot Singapore streets. Facilities on level 5 were great for a freshen up after checking out, with the same supplies as in the room too."

"The in-room lighting system was somewhat confusing. We left a key card in the power slot because our AC turned off without it. The lounge/bar was open but had no staff when we went to go for cocktails. Aside from those issues the hotel is great. Really nice rooms, pool area and staff were excellent, reception staff also very professional and helpful."
