"Just got back last week from Megasaray Club Belek. Absolutely the best all inclusive I’ve ever been to! The service from the 1-1 hotel assistant Zhuldyz was the best and something I’ve never experienced before! She was on Whatsap contact throughout replying and servicing any needs I had. I didn’t have a single no throughout the stay they bent over backwards to ensure me and my family were comfortable. I had my 4 year old and so had would message Zhuldyz daily for one thing or another and always prompt reply and assistance. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, the food absolutely delicious and all day long lots to eat. Free ice creams of the best brands and branded drinks all day none of the cheap watered down stuff. The kids facilities are absolutely amazing and my son was kept entertained all day! My room was beautiful with a garden view and my own very little garden area. You will not be disappointed in the slightest! Thank you Megasaray for a wonderful and memorable stay! "

"Pros: almost everything. Great food selection, beautiful beach (with awesome shuttle/boat services), plenty of kids facilities, awesome water park with many many slides, amazing scenery, beautiful rooms, great and nice staff, the steam and ice rooms were just amazing, etc. Cons: the game room (whatever they called it) had a decent selection of games especially for kids but when the demand was low (I.e. Morning, they'd randomly shut off games and would say they're broken only to be turned back on in a couple of hours), the game room was also in big need for some repairs and looked outright disgusting and prison-y around the kids music cars (not sure what they're called), the hairdryer was the hardest hairdryer to use amongst all (I mean all) hotels/resorts that I've been at and was stuck in a drawer (wth). Also be aware to not being taken advantage of the taxi service that the hotel calls (although not directly hotel's fault, I'd expect more supervision by the hotel), when called they sent us 2 taxis and when advised that we needed one were treated disrespectfully by the taxi drivers."

"Fantastic hotel and top service from the second we arrived until when we left. Premium branded drinks whenever we wanted and great selection of food. Due to being out of season, half the hotel restaurants, bars and pools were not open, but still had plenty to keep us looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. Although it is substantially more expensive than some other properties in the area, there is no denying the quality it gives guests staying here and I would not hesitate to return. Definitely a Top 5 star resort "
