12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff. The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine. I’m sure this was a lovely hotel when first built, but well in need of some updating!

The place was very clean and only a 10-15min taxi ride from the airport. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. This is a really good place to stop before catching a flight from Chennai airport

Good food... Good service

The property is a bit out of the city and getting cabs is a challenge. The hotel can arrange cabs but this was expensive for short trips, but may be on par with other travel agents for long travel.

Second time I am staying here. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good this time. Great improvement in cleanliness and service.

It's a good hotel with good service. Should improve on their housekeeping service. Dining was great.

Can't fault the staff at this hotel - super helpful and go out of their way to meet your needs. Hotel itself is a comfortable place to stay - we chose it for proximity to airport for an early morning flight. Airconditioning worked well; clean comfortable room; good bathroom. Free airport shuttle service was a bonus, but we had difficulty in finding out how to book it for the airport to hotel journey. I emailed in advance but had no confirmation.
