Any questions or issues were addressed immediately, often with someone coming right to my door whether to deliver a requested item or to pick up clothes for washing or to replace a broken item. I enjoyed the meals and found the wait staff willing to help me understand the dishes and suggest things I might like. They even made a box breakfast for me the morning I had to leave early. The spa and gift shops were of high quality, and again, staffed with friendly helpful people. The view of the Himalayan foothills and the Ganges river were extraordinary and access to the water was easy. I highly recommend this resort for cleanliness, attentiveness, and quality of things to do. "
