It’s dirty and poorly mantained, the chairs and beds were covered in stains. We checked in and could even stay a few hours. Hotels.com aren’t being very helpful about a refund and the vendor has also kept our money despite all our efforts. Extremely disappointing from both the hotel and hotels.com….
