We stayed in the Hello Kitty room, the room was clean and beautiful. Our girls absolutely loved it. The slide was a bit fast, I would recommend putting padding on the wall in front. Breakfast is wonderful, I missed the evening buffets as they were poorly advertised, so settled for the club lounge.

A bit dated but clean and well maintained. Staff very responsive. Breakfast has a good range and is very good. The pool was being refurbished but they had back up options which I appreciated. Walkable to mall and JB Sentral.

I was amazed by the room this time round, well equipped and clean, and surprised that the room service for food and beverage has resumed. Staffs at the front desk were very polite, friendly and helpful, not forgetting the other service staffs as well. A great place to stay and unwind. Bravo!

Hotel was great. It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were great - the pool was nice to use. Great location. Couldn't ask for more.

The room was very well maintained and very clean. We had a very comfortable stay and felt welcome by the front line staff who were ever ready to greet us whenever we move in and out of the hotel. Its convenient location is also a plus point. Will definitely stay again.

Shopping down stairs

Clean room, air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful at reception, particularly Mr Vicky who arranged transfer to Changi Airport. Good choice at buffet breakfast. Didn't eat other meals there as there is big choice in neighbouring retail park to explore.

I really enjoyed staying here. Very affordable and comfortable! The unit is clean and comfy! The room has such a homey vibe to it and the free WiFi provided was really handy and speedy for planning what my partner and I wanted to do! It is on a high floor too, so you get to see a spectacular view of the sunrise over JB! The recreation facilities on the 8th floor was awesome! The pool was my favourite! The apartment hotel was in good condition. The facilities were still in new and good condition. The only issue is navigating to the hotel. Recommended and adviced to contact the hotel staffs upon arrival. The area around the hotel is still under upgrading. There is a direct underpass from jb sentral station to the hotel which made it really convenient. Overall a great stay.

A bit far from food. Need a car to move around.
