"The rates on hotel.com was almost 3 times the actual walk in rates at hotel. Even though hotel.com states free parking, actually there is no free parking. "A little request to get toilet paper but was turned down by the receptionist. For the bath foam & shampoo, only a little bottle of each was given. Hello, we are 2 adults and normally hotels supplying 2 sets. No corridor lights as think the bulb not working, yet no maintenance. Lift was too dark inside. Overall, think the management is too stingy. Not worth the price paid. "

"We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level!
