"Very kids friendly hotel, there was Lego everywhere to entertain the kids. There is direct access to the theme park and water park from the hotel, convenient for families. "Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture.
