"We arrived just past midnight and fortunately the front desk was still open for check in. It was just for an overnight stay for us. The room is clean except the toilet. Room was neat but bare. Although, we asked for an upper floor, the CSO said no, just left with ground floor unit. However, we were rudely awaken by the loud telephone ringing around 9 am. There were 3 calls in total and of course it broke our sleep otherwise it would have been a good sleep as the bed and pillow were firm. "

Everyday without fail (I stay wed to Sat), around 5 plus to 6 plus morning, there will be some music playing non stop. It actually affect my sleep. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! The actual room we booked was just opposite ours (4 steps away) and later we found out that it was because the room was given to others. Very dishonest! We couldnt rest...
