"Bed was sagging in the middle. Tiles on the floor were cracked and loose. No towels for the swimming pool. My kids had to walk back to elevator and to the room wet and cold."

"The property is nice; clean rooms, good location, adequate parking. We were told that our room would be cleaned every other day, but after 4 days it hadn’t been done yet. We had to ask the front desk to make sure our room was cleaned and that we got fresh towels. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Breakfast is free which is always very nice. They switched up what was offered every morning, so there was a variety. The quality is pretty much what you’d expect from a free breakfast. Pool was small and very open to public walkways, also the towels weren’t restocked very often. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay."

"Our biggest disappointment was the pillows we had the worst pillows I’ve ever used in my life woke up several times throughout the night and I asked for more pillows at 9 am and no one brung us anything until the housekeeping staff came on at noon . We had to buy pillows at Walmart. "

"Once you step in the atmosphere is so welcoming and bonus so is the staff. Checking in was such and easy process thanks to Lea :). Once we stepped into the room we noticed how clean the room was and how spacious it is for two people. They also offer such good breakfast options."
