"Staff members are so nice! "

"Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay! "

"From desk excellent, but there was one guy at the pool picking up towels and I could tell he was so upset because many people left their towels there. This was Monday July 7. I was there that evening. Other than that staff was great."

"The staff was very professional at all times specially the ones during the breakfast. Always very polite and ensuring that everyone was taken care of and that all the tables were clean and one of the things that I missed the most is when you are greeted when you arrive and when you depart. Great team of professionals."
