"My complaint overall was the rooms, I purchased a premium ocean view room, I got a view of another roof, the room was horrible, dirty old carpet, outdated and broken furniture, the smell of sewage on our floor. No ice, we saw roaches in our coffee machine and the fridge door was broken. The safe didn't work, the iron was old and dirty."
