Amazing property!!

Mind blowing experience. Cannot have a better experience than this anywhere in the world. Hospitality is beyond words to describe. Food is mind blowing. Cannot express how happy and contented we are. Nothing can be better than this in this whole world. Thanks and keep up the good work Leela Palace group. We are really proud of you!!

I cannot fault this property all the food or the coffee shop the welcoming with guava juice after a dusty journey was very welcoming. They made registration easy where they came to me at the coffee shop to sign in the food was incredible and the chef came out to see me. There was a convention on while I was there where they were hundreds of people mainly men but they had a barbecue on grounds adjoining the hotel. It was a lovely relaxation being able to watch the waterfalls and the calmness of...

Hema and Zeeshan made our stay wonderful

It was lake facing, quite, serine..Just the vacation we as family were looking for. The staff was good..the room was hygenic and food was excellent. From an improvement perspective - The TV was not operational (although thats the last thing I would like to watch) When we reached the property we were not welcomed as guests (did not get the vibe), nobody guided me to parking, there was no one to pick up our luggage. Clean room, generally the staff was quite friendly. Excellent amenities (though no spa!)

Middle of nature, lush green and huge garden, well managed and clean resort. Big rooms with all possible amenities, staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay here and the peaceful surrounding gives relaxation from hectic life of crowd city. A must go and experience place.

A very enjoyable stay at the Smiling Sparrows Villa. The charming villa is nestled in the middle of the old city and can only be accessed either by rickshaw or on foot. The rickshaw drive to-from the villa was one of my favourite parts of the trip! It is perfect for small groups. There are two double rooms and extra beds if needed. The freshly cooked breakfasts from Bhagwati were lovely and he was very accommodating with our requests. I enjoyed the selection of books left by the owners. The...

Nice and Peaceful Location. Good Staff. Little improvement needed in Food Quality.
