"My husband left his wedding band behind on nightstand. Called as soon as we arrived home ( within 1 1/2 hours) to let the staff know. Room was already cleaned with no ring reported. Also on arrival it was pouring rain and a huge school Bus was blocking the covered drop off entrance and refused to move to let people unload their cars. Staff did nothing to help."

"We absolutely loved this place and will be back. We had to book last minute and did not have nearly enough time so soak in the beautiful views. We enjoyed both pools and the rooms were comfy. You can adjust the A/C to your preference which has made this our absolute favorite place so far. We’ve stayed at a bunch because of travel basketball. 10/10."

"The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. This was very annoying as we were staying in 1 night to cook and not having a functioning microwave was complicated for us. Many of the lights/lamps/switches did not work. Staff need to work on their communication skills, when we called the property the calls were answered very casually and unprofessionally, just a simple hello without identifying the name of the business - left us wondering if we had dialed a wrong number. Likewise at the end of the calls no real good bye or greeting, just click. While the property was nice I would not consider this rental good value for money as we had 2 major problems in the 2 rooms we stayed in. The rooms were not cheap and were below par for the money we spent given the issues we encountered."
