It was understandable that only one person was working in the evening when I checked in, but more surprising in the morning when I checked out (unless someone had additional duties elsewhere.)"

"There were dark hairs in the shower and on the bed spread- which was gross. The 3rd floor stunk like BO. We’ve stayed there before. Seems they need to do a hair check on bedding and showers. "
