"Be sure to understand the early check in options. Process was confusing and the staff member was not particularly helpful or accommodating. When questioned about the inconsistencies, I was threatened with security. Definitelly a poor experience with check in. The staff has always been wonderful up until this year. "

"My family loved our stay here! The room was very clean. I loved that it was flooring and not carpet. Spacious and it was handy having the kitchenette. It was conveniently located with lots of stores and restaurants around!"

"Nice rooms, friendly staff. Our heater blew cool air continuously. Shower was great except the shampoo/conditioner/body eash should be placed in a different area of the shower. Continental breakfast was minimal. Worse than other hotels & if you did want something you had to pay. No non-dairy items for those qith sensitivities. Lights on the outside of our rooms were ina bad spot because you couldnt block with the curtain. Otherwise, Nice place for a stop over."
