"When we came down for breakfast at 8:30am literally NO ONE was anywhere to be found. There was a note on the front desk that said to call for assistance so I called 5 times over 10-15 mins with no answer. There was NO hot breakfast (which was advertised and the only reason we stayed so we saved money on going out to eat in the morning before continuing our trip). "The room was clean, neat and spacious. Staff was friendly and polite. We ate breakfast about 8:30. The biscuits were dry and hard, you had to crumble them with your hand. The scrambled eggs were dry and looked as if they had been setting the for awhile. "
