Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, definitely one of the very best hotels in the world

Great location and staff, would recommend!

It’s a lovely 4 star hotel with clean comfortable rooms and great pool area. Transportation links and a huge mall next door to the property adds a significant value. My only recommendation, make the B’fast buffet appealing. It was my only disappointment. I would certainly stay here again.

We have just returned from a fantastic 1 week stat at the JA Palm Tree Court hotel staying on an all inclusive basis. We would highly recommend the all inclusive package as the quality and choice of food & drink at all times was simply amazing and provided great value for money. Hotel staff were lovely and made sure you have everything you need 24:7. Pool was incredible, temperature was spot on and facilities were perfect - towels, showers, toilets, lifeguard was very helpful. Lots of food choices and all very tasty - breakfast, room service and sundeck. Our only cons were two towels a day in the room, but more were given when we called. Air con was reset daily and made the room colder than we would like.

plus points:self contained resort means its very safe, good facilities,excellent food, variety of restaurants, lovely beaches, clean warm seas, staff very helpful, free courtesy buses to all the main shopping malls. well appointed , very clean rooms. minus points: sea views spoilt by concrete foundations of the huge second 'palm' development, alcohol expensive( wine £30 per bottle minimum), isolated location- no public transport links. The lake view hotel is a NEW hotel with the smell of new carpet permeating in the air. The spectacular atrium was a show piece and exceptional. Staff was friendly and helpful form the moment we met Monica at reception with a welcome reassuring smile, we new our anniversary holiday was going to be great. Advise resort view looking over the swimming pool and golf course matches this hotel perfectly- perfect hotel

Staff are excellent at this hotel. Special mention to Rashid at concierge and Wilson at the pool bar. They both made our stay extra special.

Nice place

We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

Breakfast was great and bed is comfortable.

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW.
