"Great location, cleanliness, comfort. Various sets of pillows and blankets in the rooms, quality toiletries. Nespresso capsules are available in the room for a small price. Breakfast is excellent - great ingredients, broad variety, they refill all the time. Tapioca & omelette station is really working well, they make tasty stuff. They change pastries every day. Rooftop pool is a gem - view is like from a postcard, and you can really get your zen there. Also a special mention to the staff who communicated well that AC shouldn't be turned on in our room - well done, every time the room was cleaned, this was respected, thank you. I'd stay here again. What can be done better: - Many guests go for early tours and the hotel could offer a breakfast bag. It is a common service even in hotels of much lower rank. It is not about 'taking food out of the hotel and someone suing them if they get tummy issues', it is a simple courtesy and can be also followed by a disclaimer if they are so afraid of that...I'm mentioning this part about consuming food outside of hotel, since the restaurant is plastered with those signs that for 'guests safety they shouldn't take food outside of the restaurant '... - Cappuccino in the rooftop bar tastes like a colored water with some foam on top.... We were really surprised by the quality...other beverages are great"

Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again! "
