Its an outdated hotel but you will be comfortable based on your needs. Had ac and hot water, wifi gave some trouble, but i would call for assistance and they aided as best possible. Having a Tv was of no use since none of the cable channels were in English. Its central, good for walking to anything u could need, food, grocery options, beach and ideal for some tour pickups. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Great place, exactly what I needed for a quick stay in Rio budget wise. Wifi is a bit unstable and the elevator slow/busy which would be the only negative. Would definetaly stay again

Economic stay at Copacabana

Closet and bedside tables had quite a lot of sawdust-like remainings of some animals and spider nets i.e. they weren’t cleaned for ages. Wifi was poor as well as ventilation: air was so wet that towel didn’t never get dry. Staff were nice and helpful and understood English. Easy access to the beach.

There was just about no wifi in the room. I heard other people complaining too so it wasn't just my room. There was a charge to use the room safe. Unbelievable! I have stayed in 100 hotels and this is the first time that this has happened.

The property was conveniently located next-door to a parking structure. The daily parking fee was reduced because we were staying at the hotel. There was a complimentary breakfast as well. The staff at the hotel were very nice and welcoming. My issue was with the room itself. The room was not maintained very well. The shower door does not close so water was all over the bathroom floor. There was mold in the shower, the bathroom mirror and in the bedroom. The pictures hanging over the beds also had mold under the glass in the frame. The air conditioning vent was dirty. The mini fridge was very dirty. The window opens all the way even though you are 12 floors up. It is not safe for children.

Todos eran demasiado amables, te atendían en todo lo que podían, fue una gran estancia, el único inconveniente era el wifi que por ratos no cargaba, pero todo lo demás 10/10, en caso vuelva a Copacabana me quedaré en el mismo hotel.

Gostamos muito da estadia. Ficamos em um quarto triplo que nos atendeu super bem! O chuveiro é maravilhoso! Os funcionários foram muito solilícitos e o café da manhã nos atendeu bem (senti falta apenas de suco natural fresco, feito na hora). A localização a meu ver é um dos grandes pontos fortes, pertíssimo da praia, do metrô e com várias comodidades nos arredores.

O Hotel tem uma boa estrutura, os funcionários da recepção são muito atenciosos. Estão de parabéns. Café da manhã bom, dentro do esperado. Os quartos acho que precisa de mais atenção. O meu por exemplo não tinha boa iluminação. faltava luz central. Pedi na recepção e não tinha como melhorar. Eu precisava de luz boa para maquiar para a festa, infelizmente tive que usar uma abajur pra melhorar a luz do banheiro um pouco, porq a do quarto não estava legal. Quanto a limpeza, também poderia dar mais uma atenção, janela com teia de aranha, atrás da cama também.... Pedi na recepção que olhasse esses detalhes. No mais foi bom.
