Where is the reception?
"It’s not clear where the reception is so you would have to ask someone who looks like a hotel staff if youw ant something. The ceiling is quite low so some people may not feel comfortable and stuffy."
"I was only in this Ayutthaya about 24 hours and only used this room to sleep. The room was not very clean and overall the hotel had a weird vibe. The worst was that the hotel tried to charge me double for a taxi ride to the airport. I found out from local residents and the Grab app how much it would ..."
"The property is very nice and could be a phenomenal destination with its location on the river. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. Bar soap was not provided only shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer was provided but was located in the room. I found out later that the outlet in the bathroom ..."

4.1/5 Very Good! (54 reviews)
"The lady at the front desk was very rude. She made me pay an extra fee to have a private bathroom, something that was not explained on the Expedia booking, although, she said I was suppose to know that. Also, the restaurant was closed when we showed up. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Happy with what I got for the money. Place was clean, cool and I would come back."

"I have been to Kantary Hotels for a few branches but never experienced such a poor service like this one.
There was some problem with the aircond which we did inform early evening. The guys came and told us they fixed the aircond but it wasn't. Later the night the aircond didn't function as it was supposed to. They simply asked us (pregnant women and 2-1/2 year-old kid) to move to the new room in the middle of the night without sympathy! this hurt me the most. They could have taken action earlier or checked prior to our stay."

"The place is ok but a few things irritated:
-tv didn't work any of the 2 days
-something wrong wirh the safe, so we were given the key
-some food we ordered was not available
-no espresso at breakfast
On the positive side: I slept very well"
