"The property was spotless, check in was very easy. The staff was incredibly attentive and very nice. They have a fun coffee machine available 24x7 in their cozy “living room” with couches, comfortable chairs, and a fireplace. There is a restaurant right next-door and parking, not very far away at the Embarcadero garages. The property is pet friendly and incredibly reasonable for the city. What’s not to like? I guarantee you we will be going back to this property again. The next time we have business in the financial district in San Francisco. "

"We arrived very late due to a fatal wreck on the freeway. I appreciated the safe, easy parking and check-in so we could get to our room and get some sleep before leaving for a cruise the next day.
