All staff - especially Azad - were great. Breakfast was a great affair with one of the cooks making delicious filled flat bread in front of us each morning! Air conditioning worked - but had to call reception for them to turn it on centrally each time.

It was a Very Good Hotel to stay if you are traveling Istanbul. Hotel location was good. You will find so many good places to explore by walk from hotel. Also staff was so good and helpful. Apartment from that Breakfast was also Fine.I strongly recommend this hotel. Very Comfortable and Comfy place to stay in Istanbul.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The receptionists are very ugly and rude. Not professional. Rooms are very very very small. Hotel entrance is like cave entrance not like any other hotel. Toilet is very very small. Swimming pool is enough for one or may be laos small. Highly not recommended
