Receptionists and other employees were so kind and helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was really good and delicious, gym was clean and they have lots of equipment, they also have free underground parking. Affordable prices and great services in the very good location.

I did not feel that I am in the five stars hotel

First of all the hotel needs some renovation. Second of all spa is out of services, jacozi is spoiled and you have to pay 50 tl it seems for hair cap before entering the swimming pool in spite of being free. I requested attached rooms since we are family they gave two rooms of single beds, Breakfast buffet was very good

Could smell the smoke inside my room throughout my whole visit. Staff are nosy and don’t mind taking photos of the guests as they’re having their breakfast (Happened with me). Requested some ice to my room and had to pay for it. Top that with the fact that no one is able to speak English. Terrible experience that I won’t be repeating for sure!

Everything is good to very good clean quiet spacious kindness from staff. But two should be watched and reviewed by the management team: they must remind people to not smoke through room windows. Second, air conditioning should not be lowered between 10 am and 2 pm. Especially in common area. I will rate this hotel 8.75 out of 10. I will vome back again in overall it is a good nice hotel to stay. AY from room 501

Dirty room, full of smoke coming from other rooms. The area around the hotel is rough. Every night the police will show up in the middle of the night to catch or control a drunk messy person. Parking entrance is awful. Bathroom is small and the shower is damaged. Awful stay, does not deserve one star!

We paid for a breakfast, and we chose hotel gor its 7/24 room service. However, because of they have an organization at the same time we stay, we could not get some stuff we asked on breakfast. We waited for half an hour and did not get it. At the evening we went to restaurant and gave orderand we were told that they willnot be taking orders for close to 1 hour, since they are giving service to otherguests (who came with organization) we wanted to eat at hoteland unfortunately left hungry without even a sorry. And then we gave our order at the mentioned time and still they brought us our orders very late with somemissing and charged more price than what is said at the menu. We wrote our complains to their whatsap number and they did not even reply. Poor service

Otel çok geniş ve temizdi çalışanlar da çok saygılıydı. Bir tek kahvaltıdan puan kırabiliriz o da ürünler kapaklı olmadığı için sıcak ürünler dahil korunmasız konulmuştu bu da lezzetini düşürmüştü. Yine de keyifliydi. Bahçesi çok güzel.
