Great hotel, a bit pricier than the other hotels but we wanted comfort during our final two nights of a 16 night trip through Turkiye. Rooms are absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable, and GREAT views. Hotel appears to cater a lot to higher end European tourists so somewhen of an attitude from some of the guests, but nothing too bad. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel in a good location, plus very easy to get to/from the Istanbul airport. Breakfast is very pricey and frankly not that interesting, there are dozens of much better breakfast options a few steps away so our only recommendation would be to not add the breakfast to your stay. We loved the bar also, to be able to grab a drink at the hotel before bed was great and the bar staff was always very nice.

Fabulous, friendly hotel.

After a bad experience from another hotel in Istanbul this hotel was excellent . I don’t remember how many stars hotel has but for me it was a 5 star . It is the best part of the town you can stay . hem çok merkezi, hem mahhale içi gürültüden uzak, recepsiyon ve bar ekipi çok profesyonel güleryüzlü çok iyi bir ekip, fakat temizlik ekibinde hala sorunlar var , otel eskiden The marmara işletiyordu temizlikle ilgili asla problem yaşanmazdı fakat bu kadar profesyonel bir yönetiminin bu sorunlarında yakında aşacağına inanıyorum. We couldn’t sleep. They have no Air Cooling; only heating. They made the rooms so warm that we couldn’t sleep till 2AM. The toilets don’t have doors that you can close. Absolute lack of privacy. The toilets also don’t flush. Will not recommend.
