Can’t Beat the Location

I traveled with the family. The family room was spacious and nice. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast at the rooftop was excellent with amazing views. The best thing was the location - close to all the tourist attractions! We will definitely stay here again without hesitation!

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was fantastic- many sites within a 10 minute walk and so many great restaurants around. Unfortunately, the a.c. and heat were centrally operated. Since it was October- there was a.c. in the day, then heat at night. So in order to feel cool when sleeping, the window had to be kept open, which was noisy at times. Ear plugs helped. Overall, a nice stay.

Location AND a view

We had a great stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The view is spectacular and it is fairly quiet. We would have preferred to be able to turn the air on but the unit had not been switched to cool yet so that is our only “complaint” if we had to find one. In all, the location is amazing and the support staff are all wonderful.

Hotel is in a convenient location and walkable to all area attractions. Staff is very welcoming, helpful and always grewt you while leaving/entering property. Room size was okay for the area. Carpet though needs good steam cleaning. Offsite parking was adequate but problematic is you are looking for in/out privileges. It was okay to stay for couple of days with family.

Tan hotel is located very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazar. It's good for no more than one or two nights stay. Rooms look dark, mattresses are terrible and not enough light in the bathroom

The location and the staff is what gives this hotel 4 stars, otherwise it would have been easily a three. The location is central and short walking minutes from all activities in the Fatih area. The staff were amazing, Alp, Farouk, Emre, Zeynap and the cleaning lady, all amazing and helped make our stay pleasant. Would I come back? I don’t think so. The facility needs a serious facelift to attract tourist and not worth the $240 a night!

Great place for a short stopover

Amazing location. We got a free upgrade to a room with a spa bath tub so very grateful. The bathroom is slightly gritty around the edges so could do with a more detailed clean. Breakfast options a bit limited but adequate. Great view of the blue mosque from the top floor restaurant. Beds weee super comfortable and blackout curtains worked a treat. We could hear the prayers but not enough to ruin sleep. So all in all, it’s a great hotel in the heart of the old town! Grand bazaar is maybe 15 minutes walk away and blue mosque is 5 minutes max.

L’air climatisé est central donc incapable de mettre plus froid dans la chambre , difficile de dormir avec la chaleur. Pour le reste c’était bien. Il serait important d’aviser, les voyageurs que les voitures ne peuvent pas se rendre à l’hôtel à certaines heures de la journée, car les rues sont fermées. Très difficile de marcher avec des valises avec des rues fait de pierre.
