Nice boutique hotel in the heart of town. This is the second time I stayed here and both times were equally enjoyable. Friendly owner and staff. Walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are noce and cute.

Great location

The staff were attentive and worked hard to ensure our satisfaction. The reception was great, and the room service was excellent. They also handled feedback in a professional manner. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for future visits.

The WiFi in the first room I was given did not work, which was very frustrating. When I brought it up, I was initially told there were no other rooms available on the first or second floors and was offered free coffee or tea instead, with no refund option. After some back and forth, the staff did end up moving me to a different room, which I appreciated. However, guests shouldn’t have to argue to receive a room with working amenities. The photos online were also misleading and made the property look much nicer than it actually is. I was also surprised to learn that outside food is not allowed. I appreciate that the staff eventually resolved the issue, but the overall experience could have been handled much better.
