For a 4 star hotel, there's no teapot for me to boil the hot water, no bathrobes, no box of facial tissues and not even a complimentary water bottles. Another disappointing fact was that the check-in staff didn't even inform me of the breakfast timings and where the breakfast area located at as well as no registering forms indicating the check-out timings. From a guest perspective, it brought inconvenience to guest as they have to keep calling or coming down to the reception. Expedia needs to communicate with the hotel to update the hotel's amenities as it allows the guest/customers to be fully aware of what is expected in the hotel as the current one in the expedia site was not fully updated and incorrect.
