Great service by staff who were always polite and professional. Hotel located in a good area 1 min away from train station where you can go into town or to the nearby shopping centres. Room was very clean and spacious also very comfortable.

The friendliest and most welcoming staff in Istanbul! Amazing location with easy access to 3 of the most wonderful malls in Istanbul along with some of the best dining options around the area with supermarkets and pharmacies a stone throw away from hotel.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff. We stayed 3 times this year in Hyatt Centric Levent and we have always been pleased. The rooms are large and clean, the staff is very friendly and all of your needs are met immediately. Breakfast, gym, spa and all other amenities in the hotel are top of the line. The food and room service is stellar. The hotels across the street are short in service when they are crowded (which we stayed before) while you get the same level of excellent service consistently regardless of the occupancy levels. Excellent location that is very central. By far our favorite hotel. Will be going back.
