i feel sorry for staying in this hotel,very bad room (not the same in the internet,not the same size room, sirves is not so good,afew towels,wi fi not working.for me i can not back to this hotel.

Good budget hotel

Good hotel , stayed here before but has been refurbished since and is better.Staff are helpful and eager to please. Breakfast is fine but could do with changes on some days to give a bit of variety. Good location but on a steep road which has limited vehicle access during the daytime, so be prepared to walk to hotel with your luggage. We would go again

Fantastic Hotel next to Grand Bazaar

Very good hotel to stay in and staff are all very helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Tea and coffee was complimentary all the time and in plentiful supply. Location wise its a few minutes from the Grand Bazaar. There is a bit of a hill to walk at the beginning of hotel entrance but we never struggled. My 3 year old daughter strolled up the hill. (3-4 minutes up hill) The Blue Mosque/Topkapi Palace/Hagia Sophia were literally 10 minutes casual walk on a flat road. There is a tram outside Grand Bazaar and if you prefer to catch the tram its 2 stops to Blue Mosque and the main attractions. To get to the ferries its a further 3-4 stops to Eminonu and the cost on tram is 3.5 turkish liras. You need to buy the Istanbul Digital travel Card from the stations for 6 turkish liras and then keep topping up. The card is used for the all the transports there - trams/buses/underground train/metro train/ferries. For currency exchange you get much better rates near the Grand Bazaar area where our hotel was.

Surprised about how nice the rooms were , they were always kept clean and location was great especially for tourists, the breakfast lounge was very unique. Though the stairs were slightly steep there wasn’t a fix for this anyway especially as most of the building are of older age.

Этим номером мы остались довольны. Отель расположен не далеко от Султан Ахмет, но вечером очень грязный район. Кучи мусора. Персонал отеля приветливый.

Tek kişilik rezervasyonumu çift kişiliğe çıkarmak istedim izin verilmedi. Hotels’e ulaşmaya çalıştım ama hizmet alamadım. Değişikliğin hotelin insafiyetinde olan bişey olduğunu düşünüyorum. Değişiklik yapmamaları yüzünden arkadaşım baska otelde kalmak zorunda kaldı. Başka şeylerde yaşadım ama güler yüzlü olmaları sebebiyle gözardı ediyorum.

la situation de l hôtel sur le Map semble attractive mais attention ne vous faite pas avoir il y a une pente raide pour arriver au Grand bazaar , et la ruelle ou se se trouve l hôtel ainsi que les ruelle avoisinante se transforme la nuit en véritable coupe gorge ( pas d éclairage). la propreté laisse a désirer les chambre ne ressemble pas du tout au photos, porte de salle de bain ne se ferme pas, les fenêtres laissent entrer la pluie, labyrinthe d escaliers pas d ascenseur et c est deux battisses liées par une sorte de trou qui connecte les deux escalier!!!. j ai écourté mon séjour de 7 nuits après la première nuit, sans remboursement. très mauvaise expérience

Just a gem

Slightly difficult to find It about half way up a hill So can get ur daily exercise But very handy to the Grand Bazaar Also some great restaurant just up the road. Serve beer as well as great food Room was satisfactory Everything worked Breakfast is plentiful in a rustic basement/breakfast bar Was really a different but nice experience Food was plentiful Would love to stay there again on my next visit to Istanbul

Very Shabby and Horrible Hotel- Not recomended!!!!

On line pictures by no means match the reality of the hotel. It was THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed. The wardrobe was broken, remote controls for TV and Air conditioner were battered and had no batteries. Curtains were not washed for the past many years, No tea making facilities were in the room, despite asking on numerous occasions they did not provide it. Shower rail was broken and was coming out of the wall, shower head was broken too. Lose electrical wires were hanging out in the bathroom. Despite informing on first day, and many other occasions, nothing was done to mend broken furniture and bathroom equipment. Rooms were cleaned only every other day. Have taken photos to prove my claims, happy to send it to anyone wants. A totally rubbish place to stay! WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!!!

It was a great experience to stay there. Staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was amazing. Room was quite big and enough fir three of us. Just need to upgrade the furniture. Hotel is situated near all attraction. Grand bazar is at the end of the street.

E un piccolo albergo molto tranquillo in una zona comoda per i collegamenti e per i luoghi di interesse. Il personale e molto cordiale e disponibile. La colazione a buffet abbondante e degna di un hotel di categoria superiore e' servita in un ambiente sotterraneo di epoca romana.

Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfelen 1. Sauberkeit eine Katastrophe 2. Die gegend ist nicht grade sicher 3. Service gleich Null Wer sich ein gefallen tuen will sollte Lieber ein paar Euro mehr ausgeben und in einem anderen Hotel einchecken.

Vi hade ingen värme för 2 dagar vi kunde inte duscha ingen värm vatten. Frukost var nolla. Mycket dåliga personalen ingen kontakt med kunder. Jag skulle aldrig rekommender nån kompis att boka den hotellet.

Achtung abzocke!

Hotel über Expedia gebucht, soweit alles in Ordnung gewesen. Nach der Buchung kam eine Mail vom Hotel mit der bitte das ich für die Übernachtung mehr zahlen soll. Es war wohl ein Systemfehler und wir haben einen günstigeren Preis bekommen (nur zu Info, dass muss das Hotel mit Expedia klären und dürfen den Kunden/in nicht direkt anschreiben). Vor Ort kam die dicke Überraschung. Sehr dreckiges Zimmer mit Flecken im Lacken, extremen Kalkablagerungen im Bad usw. Erst nach mehrmaligen auffordern bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer mit besserer Ausstattung. Am Tag der Abreise wollten die Mitarbeiter immer noch einen Aufpreis für die Übernachtungen. Auf auffordern das Sie uns eine Rechnung ausstellen sollen (für Expedia) hieß es das das nicht möglich wäre und haben auf verschiedene Wege eine Ausrede gesucht. Bitte aufpassen so eine Frechheit habe ich noch nie erlebt. Bei sowas immer Expedia kontaktieren!

sehr schmutzige Familien Zimmer, keine 4 Sterne

Wir haben eingeschenkte und wieder raus, Zimmer voll mit Schimmel. Wir haben eine Familien Zimmer bekommen in 4rte Etage ohne Auszug. Das Zimmer hat gestunken aus Schimmel. dreckige Handtücher. WC auf eine Treppe, dusche schmutzig. wir haben schon gewusst das Einfag wäre aber nicht so schlimm.
