Døren til værelset var udstyret med en elektronisk lås, som tidligere var blevet sparket ind. Det var nødtørftigt blevet reperet med en skrue, men med nogle ryk i døren kunne man nemt åbne den. Toilettetbrættet, brusestangen og brusedøren var i stykker og der manglede næsten halvdelen af pærerne i lamperne på værelset og toilettet. Generelt er stedet meget dårligt vedligeholdt. Roomservice var kun noget vi oplevede én gang på en uge.

Tamamen hayal kirikligi

Temizlik konusunda igrenc bir oteldi. Bir gece mecburi kaldim sadece. Üc gün ödemistim. Parami iade etmediler. Size mail yolladim sizdende ses cikmadi. Tamamen bastan sona igrenc bir servis ve sadece insanlari kandirmaktan baska birsey deyil sizinki. Ki zaten sizi ve otel turizim bakanligina ayrica sikayet edicegim. Almadigim bir hizmetten dolayi para ödedigim ve resimlerle gercegin. Arasinda daglar kadar fark var.

Tolle Unterkunft für Städtetrip!

Diese Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer im obersten Stockwerk und könnten stets die Türen zum Flur offen lassen, da das Guest House einen sicheren Eindruck macht und man von den übrigen Gästen nichts mitbekommen hat. Die Balkone (die es nur unter dem Dach gibt) boten einen tollen Blick über die Stadt! Das Personal war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend: wir wurden bei jeder Begegnung gefragt, wie es uns geht und ob sie irgendetwas für uns tun können! Das Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet, aber eine Straße weiter befindet sich ein sehr guter, günstiger Bäcker (und auch Supermärkte). Die Metrohaltestelle "Osmanbey" (von der man gut in die Altstadt kommt) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ein Spaziergang durch den Park bis runter nach Besiktas bietet sich an. Vom Taksim Platz und der dort beginnenden Einkaufsstraße kann man ebenso zu Fuß zurück zum Guest House gehen, allerdings ist dieser Weg schon zeitintensiv und führt an einer großen Straße entlang. Die Straße, in der sich die Unterkunft befindet, ist leicht zu finden, recht klein und daher ruhig.
