Staff were very friendly, breakfast was superb and the place is very walkable and near a lot of places. We were traveling with kids and when we didn't walk that much we took rideshares and they were very economic. I had an issue with my hip and they changed our room to be in the exit floor so i didnt have to climb many stairs. Just had to get the stairs for breakfast as it is in a lower level but was easy to do it and it felt like a buffet everyday. In terms of room, it was very nice having two rooms for us and the kids which made it so comfy. Even if the room says that has a kitchenette, it was a space with a small fridge and a sink, but we enjoyed the room. Would stay again!

When we arrived there was plaster on the walls coming off and a piece of plaster from ceiling has fallen in the nightstand. The room was cold but there was a note by thermostat that said it is controlled by the company and not to touch it. No desk chair and no space for such. Right outside is also sprayer loudspeaker which goes off for the city 5 x each day for about 5 minutes each time. When we did not stay and left they gave us no refund. Even after discussing with expedia, expedia cannot make them refund me so I forfeited over $1300. The place did fix the room and offer to let us come back, but I had already biked a new hotel and paid over$2000 at the new hotel and$100 in additional taxi s.

Okay, not great but not bad either.

This was amongst the cheapest hotels in the Sultanahmet area that was able to sleep 5 people in a room. It was actually 2 bedrooms within one unit. The bedrooms were okay but one didn't have a curtain and you could see the street level outside. The toilet was small, the seat was loose and the shower was not very clean. There was also no window covering for the toilet. Furthermore, there was nowhere to hang any clothes or for the towel. Overall, it was ok and I can't really complain much for the price I paid but if I had a choice again, I would probably look elsewhere.

客房乾淨、毛巾乾淨 。設施有些使用過的痕跡，但大體上是安全可用的 。服務人員態度非常親切 。早餐非常美味，喜歡的食物還可以再添加 。停車場為附近的私人停車場，飯店並未提供免費停車服務 。本次入住是停在斜對面的BARAN OTOPARK，24小時20歐元或等值美元 。
