Good stay

I stayed in a room with a mini-kitchen for a month. Although there were a power outrage and a water outrage, the room was comfortable and spacious enough and well equipped. I was disappointed that there were no microwave oven. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and the bread was especially good.

For the price of this hotel, it was overall a good stay. Tatianna was amazing and without her, our experience wouldn’t have been nearly the same!

One of the best stays.

It was a great experience , the hotel manager (Nurrudin) was a pleasant chap, very welcoming and ensured that our needs were met and also went over board at times, such as needing a weight for luggage, needing a power bank he even assisted us in using when required. Couldn’t fault it at all!

The room is nice but no maintenance, The lady looks after breakfast and reception she is such a rude and characterless woman, ignoring daily room cleaning I have requested from her and she pretending she doesn't speake English, when we came back at night she told i haven't leave the card to open the door, such a poor excuse, The car was organise by guy at reception to take us to the airport at 1 pm on last day she kick us out of the room before 12 o'clock When i ask her is the car coming to take us to the airport she told me no and we don't have car to you to airport, I called the airport transfer company to organise car to take us to airport, luckily they have one car for us At 1.15 car arrived took us to airport. 10 minutes later the company that i organised he called telling me where i am? And told him with your driver going to the airport. Realised that we are in the wrong car he was organised by the hotel reception, the lady at the reception told me to move out no car is coming. I will never book with this hotel and never recommend to anyone

İstanbul gezim için konaklama yeri ararken Grand Bagoz Hotel ile karşılaştım ve 2 gün konaklama yaptım.Odam çok güzel tertemiz bir odaydı.Evimi aratmayacak şekilde tüm ihtiyaç duyduğum malzemeler vardı.Sabah gün doğarken balkonda İstanbul'u seyretmek ayrıca keyif vericiydi.Ayrıca hotelin konumu her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi.Otele girişten itibaren her konuda yardımcı olan Hikmet amcama ve kahvaltı ve hoş sohbeti için Tanya hanıma çok teşekkür ederim.

대체로 좋았지만, 담배냄새,늦은조식이 볼편했어요

대체로 좋았습니다. 4층이라 엘리베이터가 없어. 걱정했는데, 짐옮기는것도 도와주었습니다. 다만 담배냄새가 많이 나고, 아침식사가 9시 늦은 시간에 제공되어서 여행하는데, 조금 불편했습니다.
