-Service eine reinste Katastrophe. -Zimmer extrem dreckig, trotz Zimmerwechsel. -Duschkabinen verschimmelt. -Kein Strom im Bad, kein Fön der funktioniert. -Hatten plötzlich keim warmes Wasser mehr in der Dusche und das für mehrere Stunden.

Leider sind wir total enttäuscht! Wir waren 6 Tage in der Unterkunft, habe mich total auf die super Bewertungen verlassen aber leider sind wir völlig auf die Nase gefallen. Am Tag der Anreise sollten wir um 14 Uhr einchecken können, wir waren um 18 Uhr erst auf unserem Zimmer da die Räume noch nicht geputzt waren laut Hotelmitarbeiter! Wir wurden für einen Tag in die „Suite“ untergebracht, voller Vorfreude betragen wir das Zimmer und bekamen einen Schrecken… es war mehr als dreckig, der Boden und die Möbelstücke waren verstaubt, die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber, die Toilette war mehr als ekelhaft und die Dusche voller Schimmel und Dreck, sodass wir nur mit schlappen duschen gehen konnten… Abfälle der vorherigen Besucher lagen noch in der Dusche und im Kühlschrank & kein Toilettenpapier… Es wurde uns Angebote gegen einen Aufpreis in der Suite den Rest des Urlaubes zu bleiben aber wir waren einfach nur froh das Zimmer wechseln zu dürfen… Voller Hoffnung kamen wir ins neue Zimmer und ins erwartete genau das selbe… LEIDER! In 6 Tage wurde kein einziges Mal das Zimmer gereinigt, für frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier mussten wir in den Keller wo sich der Raum der Mitarbeiter befindet um danach zu fragen… Service gleich NULL! WLAN Verbindung ist total schlecht & das Personal sieht man so gut wie garnicht! Man hat also keine Anlaufstelle & keine Rezeption… Wenn man Glück hat trifft man einen auf der Couch liegenden Mitarbeiter! Schrecklich! Null Empfehlung!

Von Sauberkeit, und putzen haben die nichts, aber auch gar nichts gehört!!!!!! Als wir eingecheckt haben, sind uns die Mängel gleich aufgefallen. Uns wurde immer gesagt, wir putzen gleich das Zimmer, aber passiert ist leider die 4 Tage nichts aber auch gar nichts!!!!! 4 Tage lang kein Klopapier, Handtücher, die Dusche musste ich noch putzen!!! der Dreck vom Vorgänger, also eine reinste Katastrophe. Nach mehreren Aufforderungen an die betreiber des hotels wurde uns jedes Mal versprochen, das es geputzt wird, aber leider leider kam es nicht dazu! Also, wenn man ein entspannten kurz Urlaub machen möchte, gibt es viel viel bessere und saubere Unterkünfte und nettere betreiber. Wir haben 2 Zimmer gehabt, und keins von beiden war und wurde sauber gemacht, sind maßlos enttäuscht!!!! Bei der Abreise haben wir keinen gesehen, wussten auch nicht genau was wir mit dem Schlüssel machen sollten, das noch umgebaut wurde mit Staub und Dreck hat uns nach diesen dreckigen Zimmer auch nicht mehr gestört.
