Convenient and good value - close to heart of the

We booked this property 2 weeks before arrival and we paid full amount to ebookers , when we reached Istanbul we kept calling the property owner but he didn't pick up the phone, when we reached at the property then he picked up the phone and he said he is not at the property at the moment , this is not a hotel you have to find another apartment and we was standing at the property with 2 families with young children all together 13 peoples , we booked 2 apartments one comes as a apartment and other as a hotel apartment then our driver helped us to find another apartment near by.I recommend to not book this property. ( BEWARE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED)

Reserve este hotel de cuando volvía de Pumakale a Estambul, llegue a Estambul a media noche, les escribí varios correos informando que llegaría a media noche, y también llame al hotel, nunca me respondieron y nunca me constaron el teléfono. Esto es lo único que puedo decir: Lo he reclamado en expedia y he adjuntado "screenshots" de las llamadas que hice y de los emails. Book this hotel when I was returning from Pumakale to Istanbul, I arrived in Istanbul at midnight, I wrote several emails informing me that I would arrive at midnight, and also call the hotel, they never answered me and they never told me the phone number. This is the only thing I can say: I have claimed it in expedia and I have attached "screenshots" of the calls I made and the emails.

Worst Experience and worst hotel in Istanbul

Th hotel was absolutely disgusting and very bad quality. I had 5 members of my family who were stranded overnight with no heating, no clean bedsheets, and a rude receptionist. The place does not reflect what is written on hotel.com reveiw and the picture are certainly not real either. Please be careful when you book this place.

Das Hotel war die reinste Bruchbude! Das Foto hat nicht die geringste Ähnlichkeit mit dem Hotel. Das Hotel war alt und es schien alles auseinander zu fallen. Das stabilste in dem Hotel, falls man es so nennen kann, war das Bett!!! Eine riesige Enttäuschung, ich war in vielen Hotels aber nie in so einem - das Bild entspricht nicht der Realität.

If you care about the price.. then this's a good deal.. just put in mind, it's a small clean apartment. Furnished with basic furniture with below standard entrance. The owner is quite nice person. The location is good.

Appartement sans électricité, le propriétaire n'a rien fait pour nous en fournir ! C'est inadmissible de ne pas avoir d'électricité dans un appartement en plein cœur d'Istanbul, nous avons passer un très mauvais séjour, on a du dormir dans la voiture avec la clim allumé pour ne pas avoir chaud !! Encore une fois, je précise qu'il est à éviter et le propriétaire est très désagréable !!

Catastrophique d abord le taxieur n a pas retrouvé l ekim appart qui apparemment fermé ou même scellé par les autorités locales et la commence le calvaire car notre séjour à été totalement payé pour 502 euros alors le gérant nous a dépanné pour deux nuits et puis on nous a proposé des locaux inadéquats et très salubres ce qui nous ca poussé à aller louer ailleurs et bien sûr avec notre propre argent et doublement déçu par le service client de hotel.com qui ne répondent pas au téléphone ni au mail avec une plateforme internet difficile à utiliser ;j attend toujours une réponse à mon mail qui devrait être de 24 heures.Alors libre à vous.

On a tourné en rond pendant près de 2h30, arrivé à l'adresse indiquée (agence de tourismes). Arrivés finalement au sois-disant Apart Hotel, une personne nous accueille et nous dit que les chambres ne pas encore prêtes alors qu'il était 15h30. Ils nous proposent donc de déposer nos bagages dans une salle en attendant. Finalement on aperçoit cette personne avec une autre entrain de scier la chaine de la porte qui avait été scellée par la Mairie. Extrêmement déçu, à déconseiller

It was not what we expected

The apartment is on the steep, small street in the middle of nowhere... It is on the street of shoe workshops and the whole street smells of glue.. the apartment itself is clean and the staff, who met us is very helpful. He even did not accept the tip, we offered, but the location is bad and it is on the third floor with the most steep and narrow stairs. We moved out after the first night due to the above reasons. Also, the cost was way high comparing to what they offered.

Our stay at Ekim Apartments

We had a great stay, everything clean and all the kitchen utensils available. there was a safe inside to keep our valuables, nice neighborhood quiet and felt very safe. Locked outside door to the building that only residents with a key could enter. Many things nearby to do and restaraunts. Everything we needed was there. I would recomend Ekim apartments to anyone.
