Comfortable but not super clean

Apartment on the second floor war very dark and not cleaned properly (garbage left in the shower). Larger apartments on the 8th floor were nicer but same level of cleanliness overall. Breakfast is not worth the money. It was a good place to stay as a large group but the buildinng is a bit aged and not fully maintained so you shouldn't expect too much. Beds and linens were comfortable and clean but not the floor overall.

The worlds worst hotel

we stayed for 7 days and they only came once to clean the room(and they didn't even clean properly), And the breakfast was very bad with cold food and they didnt even cereal, one day we complained about the food so the next day it had one item that was hot everything was the same(cold) never have breakfast with this hotel you are just wasting your money, not very good for family and you have no service its all very messy and dirty with dust everywhere and calling reception has no reply the room was also very dirty and no one is on call for help and room service it is 99% self service not worth the price , I travel a lot and I've been to some bad hotels but this is the most worst and disgusting hotel in all of my life. I will never go to back to this hotel ever again. PS, If I could then i would rate this hotel an overall 0 star

Our 8 day Family Stay

I stayed at the property for 8 days, my booking came with daily cleaning / house keeping but this never happened even after showing them what the booking stated. The flat had lots of things missing like played saucepans clothes hangers and dryers that should have been in the room. They where provided but after having to call each time to get one thing then another. The apartment building is on a steep Hill we had a car so was not a problem but if you have no car then you will suffer. Overall I would consider staying here again only if I have a car and the flat was spacious.

Sam the manager is helpful. I booked the suites with breakfast, Expedia.ca sent them confirmation wihtout breakfast. He was kind enough to offer us the free breakfast. The building is clean as compare to most of the hotels in the area. Everything was good for the 1st night we decided to stay one more night unfortunately the room and breakfast selections in 2nd day were not as good as the 1st day. We had to switched back to our old room due to smoke smell. Over all it is nice and secure building, close to taksim square, shops, restaurants, the security gaurds are helpful, the swimming pool and gym are clean. I dont hesitate to recommend the classy suites to other visitors.
