Experience at Cityloft

Reception was not accommodating to our needs. Had an overnight flight and asked for early check in 2 days in advance only to be left in lobby to sleep on the couch until 2 PM. Paining is taped to the wall, View is concrete of building next to hotel. Fridge was not working. Overall very basic service and experience. I’m not going there again.

Hygiene standards

The reception looks amazing, the carpets are extremelyyyyyy dirty! Everything inch of that floor is super super dirt which is very disappointing. The hotel has great potential to better, they just need to clean it.
