Seit montaten nicht tichtig gerreinigt, weiße flecken auf dem kopfteil vom bett, haara des vor bewohners auf dem abfluss gitter, keine Abdeckung auf dem WC-spühlkasten. Allgemein ist die mobilierung der Einrichtung vergammelt und schrecklicher zustand. Ist überhaupt nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Tut euch selbst einen gefallen und kündigt den vertrag mit dieser Einrichtung.

Otel ve işletme rezalet

Çok kötü bir oteldii gorselde baktıgımız seçtiğimiz otel değildi ve astım hastasıyım odanın içi rütübet kokuyordu zaten esyalarımızı alıp direk cıktık konaklama yapmadık. Ve otel işletmecisi o kadar vasat biriydi ki memnun kalmamız için hiç bir çaba göstermedii ve paramızı iade etmedi müşteri hizmetlerinize de ulaşamadığımız bir geceydi memnun kalmamız için hiç bir şey yapılmadı.

Nicht sauber,alles wackelt schränke tische.es wird nie sauber gemacht,und versorgt wir müssten jeden tag von unten toiletten papier gewollt,war zu laut umd fenster sind nicht dicht ,lassen sich nicht zumachen.

1. Старые полотенца,простыни. С пятнами(хотя есть машинка стиральная). 2. Гарсоны убираются чисто. 3. Очень часто выключался свет 4. Удобное расположение остановок/Таксима и магазина с такс фри 5. Прокуренный номер,не спасало ни окно,ни кондёр

Sehr zentral, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, einziges Manko ist das kleine Badezimmer. Insgesamt ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Personal immer freundlich. Man ist in 2min am Taksim Platz.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.Es wurde täglich gereinigt.Wlan war sehr gut.In den Zimmern war alles was man braucht.Die Mitatbeiter sind sehr freundlich,nett und hilfsbereit.Besonders Herr Murat ist die Seele des Hauses. Immer ansprechbar , hilfsbereit , sehr geduldig und sehr souverain. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Taxim Platz oder Galataturm. Die Istikal caddi ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.Bus und Metro in dee Nähe.Würde immer wieder dort buchen .Vielen Dank an das Team vom Addres Suites Hotel.

Sehr gute Lage. Supernetter Chef und Personal.

Schon beim 1. Aufenthalt war‘s für mich super. Doch nun, beim 2. Mal, ist es noch besser. Zimmer werden jeden Tag tip top gemacht. Der neue Chef spricht englisch und das ist spitze. Alle sind sehr um das Wohlergehen des Gastes bemüht und sehr freundlich. Ich freue mich auf meinen 3. Aufenthalt !!!!!

En önemlisi oda oldukça temizdi. Sessiz bir otel. İnternet hızlıydı. Konum olarak da iyi bir noktada. Su çay kahve ikramı, klima ve mini buzdolabının sorunsuz çalışması beni memnun etti. Makyaj masası bile düşünülmüş. Taksimde konaklayıp memnun kaldığım nadir otellerden biri oldu. Teşekkürler.

Local to Taksim

Lovely service and hospitality. Close to Taksim about less than 2 minutes walk and close to many shops also taksi tank. Clean place better than a 4 star hotel I reckon
