"We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely upgrade to our room! The hotel rooms are wonderful. Very comfortable and quiet. The lagoon is right outside the front door and is stunning at all times of the day. It is a bit of a walk to the main square but easily doable."

"We had a deluxe room and it was well worth paying a bit more. It was like a suite with a seating area then moving through to a bathroom on one side and a walk in shower on the other side then moving on into the bedroom. The hotel has lots of character and a beautiful garden where we enjoyed eating breakfast and having an aperitif with some lovely savoury snacks. The lounge area was very nicely decorated and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. If we return to Venice we will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is so wonderfully located making it easy to get the train or the bus. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby."

"We had an amazing room and the hotel was perfectly situated and very very upscale. That said I was surprised by their mandatory 25 euro charge at the roof bar. Clearly offers one of the best views of the canal must be a popular terrorist sign. We are already paying a premium, is offensive. We were in the mood for two Prosecco, which were €16 each. However, with their rule, those €16 drinks were €25. It may seem a minor point but show respect for your upscale guests who have chosen your hotel as the best place to stay rather than a tourist destination. ."

"Amazing property near the train station Staff was amazingly helpful when our private water taxi canceled the night before our flight out The morning we were to leave the staff arranged a new driver/ water taxi right away! Plus as soon as we checked in we noticed our toilet seat was loose. They sent someone to tighten it immediately!! Continental breakfast was plentiful Would choose this property agin in a heartbeat Venice is amazing!"
