"Great place to stay. Was clean, great staff, good air conditioning and kitchen was great. We had a suite and loved it. Was very roomy. Loved that they had free shuttle to wherever you wanted to go (The Frog Hop) and they only work on tips. Was always there when you needed the shuttle within minutes. Didn't have to look for parking which was a plus. I would come back again."

"King suite was very comfortable and spacious. King bed was comfortable. Bathroom is large and ideal with double sink. Free breakfast is a plus. No bar or liquor on premises but BYOB to the room is acceptable. Only small issue is the bed pillows are not the best. I would hope that a King bed would have King pillows which I would think would be more comfortable."

"You can’t see the beach from the property The tikki lounge was nice but there wasn’t any where to sit out side your room and the rooms were clean but tiny It was very hot in rooms The beach was beautiful "

"No map was provided and it was quiete confusing trying to find out room which was on the backside of the property. The room was nice. I expected the bed to be softer as I thought I recalled it said pillow top mattress, but it was ok. The tv should be on a swivel as it’s hard to see from the bed and the couch isn’t exactly cozy to sit on. We did walk right out to the pool but the beach was not as close as I was led to believe. Everything is in a 10 minute walking distance and we did enjoy our one night stay."

"Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was impressed to see many of the same staff from my visit four years ago, including vallet, Bellman, food service, and concierge. This says that the Ritz Carlton treats their employees well and in turn their customer service is top notch. "
