"Amazing resort, staff was extremely attentive and the Beach was First Class. Ask for Alvaro at the Main Bar. His attention to detail was outstanding and he keeps them coming!!! Please don’t forget to Tip Adequately. Saw too many Americans leaving $1.00 for First class service. Common folks, we’re better than that. Make sure check what “Reservation Class” you’re purchasing because there is a clear separation when it comes to the property and amenities. “All Inclusive” is not completely “Inclusive”…"

"Rooms were clean consistently and often throughout the day. We stayed in privilege room but didn’t really get all the privilege amenities. Some of the staff were rude and expected a tip after doing a poor job. Allure lounge was closed most of our stay which was a key privilege private part we wanted to do. Overall great resort 4/5 for us."
