"Room was wonderful! Service was great. Food was okay. I pay the same as every other customer yet because I smoke they put you in the corner with only one place to smoke...they should have had some place near the beach as well. After speaking with others that smoke too they were really upset over how smokers were treated. I understand, but we all paid to stay and we shouldn't be treated like we are bad people."

"Loved this resort! Absolutely beautiful, the food selection was great and the staff were all helpful and friendly. My only complaint was with the lack of shade in the pool, it is such a beautiful and large pool but lacks shade. We would absolutely come back to this resort."

"Clean beaches just a trail of seaweed that was easily stepped over into swimmable water! Huge worry not needed. Food was great and options that we still needed 2 more nights to get to all tbe options after a 6 night stay. Staff on the beach and throughout were amazing. Would come back again!"

"Stayed 10 nights with my husband, overall I'd recommend if you haven't been before. To start off we are very much beach and food people, don't really stay by the pool that much, but since we were here for 10 days we happened to be around the pool alot. One thing that I'd like to say about that is that they should really add some shade to some part of the pool, because it has none besides the bar area. As far as food: probably one of the better hotels that we have been to, and we've been to a few now. The lamb was good at multiple restaurants, (side note the privilege restaurant is only for the privilege rooms) but the food there was amazing from breakfast to dinner. Also the buffet was one of the best buffets we have tried, they had sushi and sashimi 2 times for lunch that we saw, the restaurant by the ocean also has amazing lunch food. As far as the stay, the workers seem like the genuinely enjoy being there and have been just amazing. A few of the buffer workers were just on a whole different level, from remembering our drink order to watching my water glass, just awesome. The activities were fun, the pool games, bingo, hat painting, karaoke. The entertainment team, Elizabeth and Mario stood out the most, just such good people (I was not pestered to bring them up in my review but they deserve recognition). I absolutely enjoyed the beach, quite, and they did an amazing job at trying to clean up the seaweed every morning. Overall, I suggest, if you are on the fence, GO."

"Room and grounds were exceptionally clean. The staff was VERY helpful. Food was outstanding. I would consider a meal plan if we go back. Cons: (1) Small tv sitting on the only counterspace along with a coffee and expresso machines. (2) Bedding was too heavy (could not lower the temperature enough to sleep comfortably). Bedding was a comforter inside a sham which couldn't be taken apart. (3) no microwave, I mean, we like to pop corn on some nights. Overall, hotel is very nice, however the negatives would keep me from staying again."
