"Nobody was there I couldn’t get my room, I was outside of the hotel waiting for two hours texting the hotel,using what’s up and nobody was there, they asked me for information for guest after filled out everything asked me to sign and then asked me for a deposit of $250 when I already paid and they told me it was a balance of $85 only "
