"This hotel was amazing. The location was perfect, as everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The staff were amazing also, could not fault them. They were so friendly and welcoming and even gave us recommendations on local places to eat and drink with great atmospheres. Would definitely be back to stay here next time we are in Naples"
"The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"
"Rooms were clean. Staff prefers to communicate via whatsapp and it is a good idea to contact them this way before your arrival, so they can give you instructions on how to get in. Location is great, right outside the door is lots of places to eat and shop. Metro train station is very close as well. You will not be able to find parking easily if you are arriving with a rental car, taxi drop off is best."
"Water in the shower was cold and you had to wait a long time for luke warm. Shower head didn't get fixed despite us mentioning it in a message to the B&B. Bathroom could be cleaned better, and seems to be needing some love. Aircondition pointing directly at bed. Breakfast good (plastic packaged), staff nice."
"The upkeep, maintenance and the condition of the property was poor. Not really a hotel, lacking a lot of amenity. More a bnb style.
The experience would’ve been a lot better if it were reasonably priced, however at the price paid, expectations weren’t met."
"It was so bad no fridge, black mold, no new towels, ac wouldn't turn off and apparently we would get charged, we couldn't find the place to check in, hated it!"
"I forkant prøvde jeg ved flere anledninger å få kontankt med hotellet, ingen resepons. Check in rutinen var veldig digitalisert, dette kan virkelig bli en utfordring for eldre. Beliggenheten i forhold til serverdigheter var bra, men bygget og plasseringen var ikke bra. Det var veldig skumle gater rett utfor døren, mange som stod å skrek, en annen ble slått ned. Rommene var helt ok, på det ene rommet klarte vi ikke å låse vinduet. Spurte resepsjonen om hjelp til å reservere en taxi til dagen...
