"The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops."

8/10 Good

"An overnight stay with my mum and sister. Room and linen were clean. The family room is odd though. And lacking some tlc. Only one bed side lamp next to the king and only one bedside table next to the queen. Only 2 teacups in a room designed for 4 people. No pictures on the bare walls and only small mirror above the sink in the ensuite size bathroom. Over all happy with the stay but I’d say the room was over priced given the above."

"The staff is very very good 10/10, property is very clean and new. The room, the fan extractor in the shower is an endless noise, even with the door close you can hear it through the night, really annoying. The phone has a very bright light that illuminates the room during night, we have to put a towel on top to avoid it. They sell this room as the curtains fully covers the windows but finish end with a big bright line in the morning that completely ruins your sleep. I know breakfast is included but god damn, is very limited. Please don’t call that a breakfasts"

"The bathroom was okay. The rest of the room was disastrous. Paint was peeling on the walls and the skirting board was coming apart. The furnishings were very old. The bathtub was gross, it was the sole reason we booked the room. My partner didnt feel safe there so at 11:30pm at night, we just left and paid for accomodation somewhere else."

"There were several police officers at the hotel one morning. There was an ambulance, police motorcyles, and several cars. They were situated in our hallway, pretty much outside our door. It was worrying. Unfortunately, we were not informed as to why? Once asked, there was a death but not suspicious. There is no safe in the room. We had $200, 4 $50.00 bills go missing from our room. We did not report it since we thought maybe we tucked it in somewhere. However, we are certain, the money went missing. The walls and doors are not sound proof. One can hear every movement in the hallways. There is no elevator incase someone has mobility concerns. The parking lot is dirty with garbage everywhere. We liked the location. Unfortunately, this was teh worse IBIS we've ever stayed at."
