"The entire experience in this hotel was one for the books. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly; despite seeing how busy they are, they maintain their smiles. They make sure every guest is satisfied and comfortable. We did not want to anywhere during our stay. The relaxing onsen, massage chairs, unlimited ice cream were reason enough..not to mention the array of traditional Japanese breakfast (if that is your thing). There are other food options available too. Property is walking distance to Kyoto Station. Room is spacious compared to other hotels. "
