"The hotel is great, room is big for Japanese standards and the bathroom is the best feature. Staff is very helpful, they all speak English so it is easy to communicate. The amenities, breakfast, etc., are simply great. Yes, it’s a great modern hotel right by the beach in a wonderful town. I wish we had stayed longer, it is worth staying for 2 weeks or even longer if you like the beach, surfer Hawaiian style."

Top Ikego Hotel Reviews

Hyatt Regency Yokohama

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was great… very pleasant staff as well. Will stay again"

K-Stay TOKYO HANEDA

8/10 Good

"The smell of the wash room, as well as the comforter in the bedroom was terrible, I could get over the smell of the washroom as water can smell but the smell of the comforter on the bed as well as maybe the mat on the mattress was a deal breaker, when I changed my sheets myself, I saw more than I should of. I am not sure if the comforter just got musty smelling from poor washing/drying or what but it was pungent. Also having to checkout at 10AM and then re-check in at 5PM when nothing at all was done to my room was despicable. No new towels, full trash, and dirty bedding.　When I tried to communicate my frustration with staff via the messaging platform, it felt like staff was evading my frustrations and relented when I said I needed new sheets and I would change them myself. But I believe I booked two separate room types when I booked, and. Paid different prices so I would have expected it to be treated like two separate reservations since they were not booked as one long one. Also the room could have been cleaner, there were wall stains spread around but primarily in the bedroom, stains and dust particles by certain devices by the head of the bed. There was a lot of straight black hair and dust in the closet and under the sofa’s cloth liner where the second bed is stored (which is gross). If there hadn’t been a vacuum in the room and I didn’t bring my own cleaning wipes I would of been very uncomfortable."

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kawasaki-Higashiguchi

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay - Room was perfect for the 2 of us and the view was lovely. Front desk staff were amazing and helpful - Cleaning staff was just as amazing, very friendly and kept our room clean plus gave us fresh towels when needed! Check in and check out we’re both equally easy to figure out. Hotel was close to a station so it was very easy to get around."
