"My first visit to Silverton and I'm so glad I chose to stay at The Avon! Loved the charm of this place, very fitting to the full experience of a mountain town at high elevation. The whole establishment was kept very clean, bathrooms are clean and stuffed with clean towels and toiletries, the kitchen/bar/living room area is very roomy. "The owners were super nice and the building had tons of character. I had to take away stars because the primary reasons I booked at this location was that the property information listed breakfast being included and laundry facilities as a convenience. The owner said they haven't provided breakfast in quite a long time and the laundry facility was a laundromat across the street."

"Wonderful for families! The kitchens are stocked and have great useable pans and dishes. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer and pods! There’s glass wrap and cups and everything you’d want for a family. So helpful!"

"The property was in a gorgeous area right next to a short trail that followed the river. It was a very short walk into town, where there were a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was very comfortable and clean."
